教师与幼儿的沟通是幼儿教育工作的重要内容。一方面,幼儿的年龄特点决定沟通是幼儿教育的重要方式,另一方面,平等与尊重的沟通是幼儿个性健康发展的基础。师幼沟通是否良好,直接影响幼儿学习兴趣的高低及其品质个性发展的好坏,关系到教育及教学工作能否顺利开展,教育目标能否顺利达成。要进行良好的师幼沟通,需要教师明确幼儿教育中师幼沟通的重要意义,了解与幼儿沟通的有效方式,掌握与幼儿沟通的策略。
Communication between teachers and young children is an important part of early childhood education. On the one hand, young children’s age characteristics determine that communication is an important way of preschool education. On the other hand, communication of equality and respect is the basis for the healthy development of young children’s personality. Whether the teacher-child communication is good or not has a direct impact on the level of children’s interest in learning and the development of their quality and personality, and whether the education and teaching work can be carried out smoothly and whether the education goal can be successfully reached. To carry out a good teacher-child communication requires teachers to clarify the importance of early childhood teacher-child communication, understand effective ways of communicating with young children, and master strategies for communicating with young children.
