随着市场经济改革的不断深入,我国电力企业面临的竞争也不断加大。绩效管理作为一种主要的人力资源管理模式,在我国企业经营管理实践中得到普遍重视和广泛应用。为使电力企业人力资源管理系统得到进一步完善,提升行业竞争力,就必须要做好员工的绩效考评工作。基于此,从电力企业对员工实施绩效管理的作用出发,分析电力企业绩效管理的不足,并有针对性地提出相应的解决对策,以进一步完善电力企业的绩效管理制度。
With the continuous deepening of market economy reform, the competition facing China’s power enterprises is also constantly increasing. As a major human resource management mode, performance management has been widely valued and widely used in the practice of enterprise management in our country. In order to further improve the human resource management system of power enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of the industry, it is necessary to do a good job in staff performance appraisal. Based on this, starting from the role of power companies in implementing performance management for employees, this paper analyzes the deficiencies in performance management of power enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions in a targeted manner so as to further improve the performance management system of power enterprises.
