RNA extracted from the pancreas was injected and injected into normal animals such as rabbits, mice, and dogs. Several physiological parameters and histopathological changes were observed. The results showed that rabbits that had long-term injection of pancreatic RNA had serum The total protein content and body weight were significantly higher than those in the control group, and no adverse reactions were found. Histopathological histology under light microscopy revealed no abnormal histopathological changes. No injection of 1000-fold high-dose pancreatic RNA into the mouse vein was found. Abnormal reaction. After anesthetized dogs were intravenously injected with 5mg/kg of pancreatic RNA, the dog’s blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration were observed. No abnormal changes were observed. Dogs received intrahepatic arterial injection of 0.5 mg/kg pancreatic RNA for hepatic blood flow, blood pressure, and heart rate. Breathing has no effect.
