近来,我们对扬州工学院新近合成的3.5-二异丙基水杨酸铜[Cu~Ⅱ(3,5-dips)_2],用动物实验研究了其抗放射作用,现报告如下。实验方法将实验用小白鼠(昆明种、封闭群,年龄8周,体重30±1.0g)随机分成A、B、C、D四组,每组各10只,雌雄各半。将A、B、C三组动物用Co~(60)放射源以0.4 ±0.004Gy/mim的照射率施行双边照射25分钟,使每只动物接受照射的总剂量为10±0.1Gy。照射前24小时和3小时分别给A和B组每只动物皮下注射0.3m10.5mM/kg的试样液液(CuⅡ(3.5—dips)_2加0.25%的吐温-80和消毒生理盐水配制而成);照射前24小时给C组每只动物皮下注射0.3ml的溶剂作为溶剂对照;D组不作任何处理作为空白对照。照射结束,在25℃左右的环境中自由摄食饲养30天,记录各组动物的存活率并进行统计学分析。
Recently, we studied the anti-radiation effect of newly synthesized 3.5-diisopropyl salicylate copper [Cu~II(3,5-dips)2] in Yangzhou Institute of Technology with animal experiments. The report is as follows. Experimental method The experimental mice (Kunming species, closed groups, age 8 weeks, body weight 30 ± 1.0g) were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups, each group 10, male and female. Three groups of animals A, B, and C were treated with a Co~(60) radiation source at a dose of 0.4 ± 0.004 Gy/mim for 25 minutes. The total dose of irradiation for each animal was 10 ± 0.1 Gy. 24 hours and 3 hours before irradiation, each animal in groups A and B was subcutaneously injected with a 0.3 ml 0.5 mM/kg sample solution (CuII(3.5-dips) 2 plus 0.25% Tween-80 and sterile saline. ); 24 hours before irradiation, each animal in group C was injected subcutaneously with 0.3 ml of solvent as a solvent control; group D was not treated as a blank control. After the end of the irradiation, the rats were fed for 30 days in an environment of about 25°C, and the survival rate of each group of animals was recorded and statistically analyzed.
