随着教育多元化格局的逐步确立,更多的学校及家长纷纷重视孩子的第二语言的学习,特别是英语的学习,他们在英语的教育及学习过程中投入了大量的时间、金钱和精力。然而作为一名初中英语教师,在日常教学过程中,会遇到不少拔尖的学生,自然也会遇到一定数量的后进生。拔尖的学生固然令人欣慰,但是后进生也不能偏废,做好后进生的学习态度和策略的转化工作,让每一个孩子学习到应有的知识,是教师必须认真对待和迫切需要研究的问题。

However, as a junior high school English teacher, in the daily teaching process, will meet a lot of top-notch students, will naturally encounter a certain number of backward life. It is gratifying to be top-notch students, but post-graduation students can not be neglected, so learning attitudes and strategies of post-graduating students should be transformed so that every child can learn the necessary knowledge, which teachers must take seriously and urgently need to study .
