目的 :探讨喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Dermol与β-cadherin的表达及意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Dermol与β-cadherin在48例喉鳞癌组织及30例癌旁正常组织中的异常表达情况,分析它们在不同组织中的相互关系及及喉癌临床参数的关系。结果 :Dermol、β-cadherin在喉鳞癌及癌旁组织中的阳性表达率比较差异具有统计学意义;喉鳞状细胞癌中Dermol、β-cadherin的阳性表达率在有无淋巴结转移、临床分期组间差异有统计学意义;在不同年龄间差异无统计学意义,喉鳞状细胞Dermol的阳性表达与β-catenin的阳性表达呈负相关。结论 :Dermol与β-cadherin在喉鳞状细胞癌发生、分化程度、浸润及转移过程中的起重要作用,Dermol与β-cadherin的协同作用可能影响喉鳞状细胞癌的转移。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Dermo and β-cadherin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods: The abnormal expression of Dermol and β-cadherin in 48 specimens of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 30 specimens of adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Their correlations in different tissues and the clinical parameters of laryngeal carcinoma relationship. Results: The positive expression rate of Dermol and β-cadherin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissues was statistically significant difference. The positive rates of Dermol and β-cadherin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between different age groups. The positive expression of Dermol in laryngeal squamous cells was negatively correlated with the positive expression of β-catenin. Conclusion: Dermol and β-cadherin play an important role in the occurrence, differentiation, invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The synergistic effect of Dermol and β-cadherin may affect the metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
