Youngs modulus (E), shear modulus (G),, bulk modulus (K) and Poissons ratio (v) are the four fundamental parameters measuring the resistance of a material to elastic deformation[l].Measurements of the four elastic properties have been performed for many years, but the scatter of the measurement results has draw very little attention [2, 3].To authors knowledge, the most complete compilation of elastic properties of elements are first prepared by Koster [4] and followed by Swamy and Narayana [3].
