Zr4+ doped multiferroic material BiFe1-xZrxO3 (BFZO, x=0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, O.10) was prepared by a solid state reaction method.X-Ray diffraction results show that the characteristic peaks of samples are shifted towards low angle, indicating that the doped Zr4+ ions entered the crystal lattice.X-ray Absorption Fine Structure (XAFS) results indicate that the bond length of O-Fe is increasing with the increasing of Zr4+ doping concentration.The deformation angleand the bond length of O-Zrof BFZO ceramics could be calculated.
