对本省境内16个县市14种果树菌根的着生情况和分布特点作了调查。发现均有VA菌根分布且具普遍性。根际土中VA菌根真菌孢子的数量分布无明显的地理分布规律。土壤类型对根系侵染率、孢子量及真菌组成有重要影响。对树盤覆草的果树上VA菌根的发育状况作了观察和讨论。
Investigation of the living conditions and distribution characteristics of 14 kinds of fruit tree mycorrhizas in 16 counties and cities in our province. Found VA mycorrhizal distribution and universality. The distribution of VA mycorrhizal fungi spores in rhizosphere soil showed no obvious geographical distribution. Soil type has an important influence on root infection rate, spore quantity and fungal composition. We observed and discussed the development of VA mycorrhiza on the tree-covered fruit trees.
