Spin coating technique was performed to deposit composite ferroelectric films which were composed of Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)and surface-modified barium zirconate titanate(BZT)on glass substrate.Microstructure and dielectric properties of the films have been investigated. The SEM images showed that the surface-modified BZT ceramic particles were dispersed well in the polymer matrix. The addition of BZT ceramic fillers enhanced the dielectric constant of the composite significantly.
