　　The volatile fraction emitted from a living organism is an important biosensor diagnostic of its metabolisms.Studies on the composition of the volatile fraction require an analytical set-up where trace concentration capability over time of marker metabolites is increased to a maximum and analysis time is reduced to a minimum.
