利用Fact Sage热力学软件和差热分析仪对铝热法制备Al V55合金的热力学过程进行了分析,结果表明:该反应可自发进行,反应的绝热燃烧温度为3 276.61K,单位热效应为4 567.06 J·g-1,属于液—液反应。研究了不同V含量对合金成品率以及单位热效应对合金钒收率的影响:对于Al V55合金,提高合金V含量可以最大程度的降低脆性相Al8V5对合金成品率的影响,所以在不隔绝空气的情况下提高合金的V含量可达到提高合金成品率的目的;单位热效应对合金钒收率影响很大,单位热效应确定为3 367 J·g-1时合金的钒收率最高,约为96.5%。
The thermodynamic process of Al V55 alloy prepared by aluminothermic process was analyzed by Fact Sage thermodynamic software and differential thermal analyzer. The results show that the reaction can proceed spontaneously with an adiabatic combustion temperature of 3 276.61 K and a unit heat effect of 4 567.06 J · G-1, belong to the liquid - liquid reaction. The effect of different V content on the yield of alloy and the unit heat effect on the yield of alloy vanadium was studied. For Al V55 alloy, increasing the alloy V content can greatly reduce the influence of the brittle phase Al8V5 on the yield of the alloy. Therefore, In the case of increasing the V content of the alloy, the purpose of improving the yield of the alloy can be achieved. The unit heat effect has a great effect on the yield of the alloy vanadium, and the vanadium yield of the alloy with the unit heat effect of 3 367 J · g -1 is the highest, about 96.5% .
