Background High-risk patients with heavily calcified coronary lesions are closely associated with a serious complication resulting in increased morbidity and mortality.The aim of this study is to observe the safety and efficacy of using a novel channel dilator (the Corsair micro-catheter) and rotational atherectomy (RA) in treating such lesions.
