Objective: To assess the proliferative activity of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) according to Cdc7 and Mcm2expression using immunihistochemistry (IHC) and real-time PCR.The potential value of the expression levels in predicting prognosis is also explored.Methods: We evaluated the clinical characteristics of 60 DLBCL patients from January 2008 to January 2010.IHC was used to assess the Cdc7 and Mcm2 protein expression.Statistical analysis was performed on the association of Cdc7 and Mcm2with the clinicopathological characteristics.
