Objective: The therapeutic effects of refractory/recurrent myeloid leukemia, which was salvaged by allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), are usually poor, with high relapse rate and transplant-related mortality(TRM).In this clinical research, the safety and efficacy of salvaged allogeneic HSCT with intensified conditioning were analyzed.Methods: From June 2012 to December 2012, a total of 27patients with refractory/recurrent myeloid leukemia were enrolled in this research, which included 26 cases of acute myeloid leukemia and 1 case of chronic myelogenous leukemia in blastic crisis.The median age was 24 (3 to 56) years.The median course of the diseases was 13 (range, 2 to 61) months.
