The final purpose of this research is finding influencing factors of multiple agents loaded nanoparticles by study of dual agents loaded nanoparticles.Oleanic acid(OA) and Gentiopicroside(GEN) were found to be effective in treating hepatitis from different mechanism.Since the poor water-solubility of OA and short half-life period of GEN,the bioavailabilities were not well.
