本文主要研究了磷对碳素重轨钢的显微组织、断口形态和力学性能的影响以及磷在钢中的分布情况。实验结果表明,随着钢中磷含量的增加,沿原奥氏体晶界分布的铁素体由细网状变为不规则的块状,集中分布在三角晶界处。断口和力学性能分析表明,随着钢中磷含量增加,韧性和塑性有些下降,抗张强度提高,而对σ_(0.2)影响不大。俄歇电子能谱分析发现,在沿原奥氏体晶界分布的铁素体中磷的含量较高。
In this paper, the effects of phosphorus on the microstructure, fracture morphology and mechanical properties of carbon rail steel and the distribution of phosphorus in steel were investigated. The experimental results show that with the increase of phosphorus content in the steel, the ferrite distributed along the original austenite grain boundaries changes from a fine network to an irregular block, and is concentrated in the triangular grain boundaries. Fracture and mechanical properties analysis showed that with the increase of phosphorus content in steel, the toughness and ductility decreased somewhat, while the tensile strength increased, while the effect on σ_ (0.2) was insignificant. Auger electron spectroscopy analysis found that the ferrite along the original austenite grain boundary distribution of phosphorus content is higher.
