Ciwujia Capsule has the property of invigorating spleen for invigorating kidney,and nourishing blood for tranquillization,which could cure unsteadiness of the heart,insomnia and dreaminess,amnesia,and lassitude and hypodynamia etc induced by deficiency in heart and spleen,and deficiency in spleen and kidney.Objective:Our study was conducted on the pharmacological properties of Ciwujia Capsule as tranquillizing,relieving uneasiness,improving learning and memory abilities,delaying aging of the brain,improving endurance,etc.Results:The results showed that Ciwujia Capsule has neither central inhibition nor central excitation effect on normal animals.
