Endometrial cancer is one of the most common cancer of the female genital tract, with endometrioid (type l) and serous (type 2) being the most common cell types.These tumor entities differ with respect to their frequency, etiology, and prognosis.Even in endometrioid carcinomas, there still exist clinical diversity.We proposed that these variabilities in natural history refects unrecognized molecular heterogeneity in the tumours.
