一、引言近年来我国相继从国外购买了一定数量的计算机控制电液伺服材料试验系统。这些系统在试验过程中从指令波形的发生、数据采集、试样失效判别乃至系统异常情况监控、外围设备的起动、停机等,均可由计算机完成,而且还能实现复杂的程序试验和随机试验,从而为模拟试验的研究及多轴向加载试验提供了先进手段。在本文中笔者试图就MTS材料试验系统应用程序的编制问题,谈谈我们的粗浅体会。文中编程语言是以MTS773 MU BASIC V02.02为背景。
I. INTRODUCTION In recent years, China has purchased a certain number of computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo material test systems from abroad. These systems can be completed by the computer in the course of the test from the occurrence of command waveforms, data acquisition, sample failure judgment and even the system anomaly monitoring, peripheral equipment start-up, shutdown, etc., but also can realize complicated program tests and random tests, So as to the simulation test research and multi-axial loading test provides an advanced means. In this paper, I attempt to MTS material testing system application programming, to talk about our superficial experience. The programming language is based on MTS773 MU BASIC V02.02.
