为分离鉴定牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)四川流行毒株,并掌握其生物学特性和遗传特征,通过病毒分离培养特征观察、RT-PCR检测、间接免疫荧光试验、中和试验4种方法分离鉴定出1株BVDV,命名为SC株。生物学特性检测显示,该毒株对乙醚、氯仿、胰蛋白酶敏感,耐碱不耐酸,对温度敏感,属于RNA病毒;5’UTR遗传进化表明显示该毒株与BVDV-1b型同源性较高。本研究成功分离鉴定1株BVDV四川流行毒株,为BVDV感染机制的研究、疫苗的研制以及防控措施的制定奠定了基础。
In order to isolate and identify the epidemic strains of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) in Sichuan and to identify their biological characteristics and genetic characteristics, we isolated them by four methods: virus isolation and culture, RT-PCR, indirect immunofluorescence and neutralization One strain of BVDV was identified as SC strain. The biological characteristics of the strain showed that the strain was sensitive to ether, chloroform and trypsin, resistant to alkali and insensitive to temperature, and belonged to RNA virus. The genetic evolution of 5’UTR showed that the strain was more homologous to BVDV-1b high. This study successfully isolated and identified a strain of BVDV Sichuan epidemic, which laid the foundation for the study of BVDV infection mechanism, vaccine development and prevention and control measures.
