心理安慰话语是对持有消极心理的个体进行心理安慰的语言,选择好的安慰话语能较快地消除他人的消极情绪,取得理想的效果。安慰话语作为一种言语行为,在命题内容、准备、本质与真诚四方面具有自身显著的特征与规则,根据这些特征与规则能确定哪些可做安慰话语,哪些是非安慰话语;安慰话语往往体现出“个体中心性”程度的差异,据此可将其分为低度个体中心性安慰话语、适度个体中心性安慰话语与高度个体中心性话语,这种划分有其对应的心理基础。高度个体中心性安慰话语是较理想的安慰话语,在不同的安慰阶段可以有效地使用此种话语。
Psychological comfort discourse is the language of psychological comfort for individuals who hold negative psychology. Choosing good comfort words can quickly eliminate the negative emotions of others and achieve the desired effect. As a verbal act, comfort words have their own distinctive features and rules in proposition content, preparation, essence and sincerity. According to these characteristics and rules, comfort words can be determined and what are non-comfort words; comfort words often reflect “Individual centrality ”, according to which can be divided into low individual central comfort words, moderate individual comfort words and highly individual central discourse, this division has its corresponding psychological basis. A high degree of individualized central comforting discourse is the preferred comforting discourse that can be effectively used at different stages of comforting.
