应用差热扫描量热分析仪,测量了3种粒径硅藻土填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的结晶性能,以考察填料含量和粒径对复合体系结晶性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的结晶性能随着填料体积分数的增加而下降。当φf为10%时,复合体系的结晶度随着硅藻土粒径的增加而呈二次多项式函数形式变化。
The crystallization properties of three kinds of diatomite-filled polypropylene (PP) composites were measured by differential scanning calorimetry to investigate the effects of filler content and particle size on the crystallinity of the composites. The results show that the crystallinity of the composites decreases with the increase of filler volume fraction. When φf is 10%, the crystallinity of the composite system changes with the quadratic polynomial function as the diatomite size increases.
