本文以传统二线制4-20mA HART仪表为例,介绍基于回路取电技术的智能无线适配器的设计。智能无线适配器可以简单、经济、高效地将现有二线制4-20mA HART仪表接入所要求的工业无线网络,提供有线变送器所不具备的技术优势。无线适配器主要由HART通讯模块、处理器模块、无线通信模块、电源管理模块和嵌入式操作系统构成,除软件外各单元工作相对独立,提高了节点工作的鲁棒性和维护的便捷性,后期仅需更换相应模块,即可兼容现有全部传统有线变送器。
This article takes the traditional two-wire 4-20mA HART instrument as an example to introduce the design of smart wireless adapter based on the circuit take-up technology. Smart Wireless Adapters simply, economically and efficiently connect an existing 2-wire 4-20mA HART meter to the required industrial wireless network, providing the technical advantages that wired transmitters do not have. The wireless adapter is mainly composed of HART communication module, processor module, wireless communication module, power management module and embedded operating system. Apart from the software, the work of each unit is relatively independent, which improves the robustness of the node and the convenience of maintenance. Only need to replace the corresponding module, you can compatible with all existing traditional wired transmitter.
