目的了解天河区餐饮业餐具消毒状况,从而有针对性地提出食品安全监督措施。方法对全区2009-2010年513家餐饮单位消毒后餐具进行抽样检测分析。结果两年共抽检513家单位,阳性检出305家,阳性率为59.4%;不同年度、不同类别餐饮单位阳性率统计学上无显著性差异;1~4季度阳性率分别为65.7%、57.9%、26.8%、63.0%,第3季度餐饮具阳性率与其他季度统计学上有显著性差异。结论天河区餐饮业餐饮具阳性率高,应加强监督管理,保障人民饮食安全。
Objective To understand the disinfection of tableware in the restaurant industry in Tianhe District, so as to propose food safety supervision measures in a targeted manner. Methods The samples of 513 dishes after disinfection were sampled and analyzed from 2009 to 2010 in the whole district. Results A total of 513 laboratories were sampled in two years, 305 were positive, the positive rate was 59.4%; in different years, the positive rates of different types of catering units showed no significant difference; the positive rates in 1 ~ 4 quarters were 65.7% and 57.9 %, 26.8% and 63.0% respectively. The positive rate of tableware in the third quarter was statistically different from other quarters. Conclusion The catering restaurant in Tianhe District has a high positive rate of catering equipment. Supervision and management should be strengthened to ensure people’s food safety.
