官兵关系融洽是我军区别于一切旧军队的显著标志,是我军战斗力的重要源泉,是克敌制胜的“法宝”。在新的历史时期,如何继承和发扬尊干爱兵这一优良传统,进一步搞好官兵关系,以促进“两个经常”的落实,是军队政治工作的一个重要课题。我认为,要融洽官兵关系,使基层干部自觉自愿地做好“两个经常”工作,必须抓好以下四个环节。一、理解——建立良好官兵关系的基础青年人最渴望被理解。老山前线的将士们曾高呼“理解万岁”。因此,把握青年这一心理特点,想方设法地去理解战士,不但是建立良好官兵关系的基础,也是爱兵爱得真、爱得实、爱得深的基础。理解需要一个过程。俗话说:路遥知马力,日久见人心。官兵之间的理解是在共同的生活、工作、战斗的实
