在我国“科教兴国”这一伟大国策提出后,我国的教育事业也得到了充分的发展空间,尤其是近几年来“素质教育”的提出,教学质量更得到了空前的提高。课标的完善、教育制度的革新都是逐步落实素质教育的最好体现。就生物教学来说,在21世纪的今天,生物科学技术已经成为当今社会的一大技术领域了,生物教学的发展已经是势在必行的了。就新课程理念下生物教师专业发展的迫切性进行分析,针对“新课程框架下黑龙江省普通高中生物学科课程体系的研究与试验——课程教材研究所十一五重点课题”进行研究,对生物基础教育发展的方向及路径的选择进行探讨。
After the great policy of “rejuvenating our country through science and education” was put forward, our country’s educational undertaking has also been given enough space for development. In particular, in recent years, the “quality education” has been put forward and the quality of teaching has been even more improved. Improve the course standard, the reform of the education system are the best embodiment of the gradual implementation of quality education. In the field of biology teaching, in the 21st century, biological science and technology have become a major technical field in our society. The development of biological teaching is already imperative. This paper analyzes the urgency of the biology teachers’ professional development under the new curriculum concept. In the light of the research and experiment of the biology course curriculum system of ordinary senior middle schools in Heilongjiang Province under the new curriculum framework - Eleventh Five-Year Key Subjects of the Institute of Curriculum Materials, The development direction of biological basic education and the choice of path are discussed.
