随着市场经济的不断发展与完善,企业中更加注重人才的管理。激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业在开辟新市场、研发新产品、提高服务质量的同时,也在逐渐加大对员工的培养,挖掘员工潜在力量。我国的企业在社会经济中占据重要地位,特别是在加入WTO后,我国企业面临更加复杂的市场环境和更加激烈的行业竞争。因此,企业内部的管理方式需要积极做出改变,其中,员工激励形势的创新是提高企业竞争力、保证企业稳定发展的重要手段。本文针对现代企业管理中员工激励存在的问题及应对措施作出分析。
With the constant development and improvement of market economy, enterprises pay more attention to the management of talents. In the fierce market competition environment, while enterprises open up new markets, develop new products and improve service quality, they are also gradually increasing staff training and mining the potential of employees. China’s enterprises occupy an important position in the social economy. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, Chinese enterprises are facing more complicated market conditions and more intense competition in the industry. Therefore, the internal management of the enterprise needs to make positive changes. Among them, the innovation of employee motivation is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and ensure the stable development of the enterprises. This article analyzes the problems and countermeasures of employee motivation in modern enterprise management.
