两家药店执行同一份促销方案,活动的前期宣传、对员工的活动培训、对突发事件的应急预案、赠品的准备等前期筹备工作,以及活动中的统筹存在差异,导致促销结果迥异。案例:浙江省台州市的A药店和B药店同处一个商圈,经营面积也相仿,两家药店在5月1日~5月2日各自都进行了“购物二元送鸡蛋”的促销活动。有趣的是,因企业人事变动的原因,两家企业拿的是同一份促销方案,然而出人意料的是,促销效果却有天囊之别。
