采用数值模拟和试验验证法对闪速炉精矿喷嘴下料情况进行了研究,分析了物料偏析现象,开发了全新的预分散型精矿喷嘴,并对其下料颗粒运动情况进行了仿真与分析,通过试验验证了精矿喷嘴无偏析预分散技术的先进性。结果表明:传统的奥拓昆普精矿喷嘴下料必然会产生偏析现象,且径向偏析>周向偏析>局部偏析;新预分散型精矿喷嘴中下料管出口颗粒粒度分布非常均匀,无物料偏析现象,很好地解决了下料偏析问题。新型喷嘴在冶炼厂应用中取得了很好效果,降低了烟灰发生率、渣含铜率,抑制了偏析现象的产生。
The numerical simulation and experimental verification method were used to study the material discharging situation of the flash furnace concentrate. The segregation phenomenon of the material was analyzed, a new predisperse concentrate nozzle was developed and the particle movement of the material was simulated. Analysis, through the test to verify the no-segregation of concentrate nozzle pre-dispersion technology advanced. The results show that the segregation phenomenon is inevitable in the conventional nozzles of the Alto Quinton concentrate, and radial segregation> circumferential segregation> local segregation; the particle distribution of the outlet of the new predisperse concentrate nozzle is very uniform, Material segregation phenomenon, a good solution to the problem of blanking segregation. The new nozzle in the smelter application has achieved good results, reducing the incidence of soot, slag, copper content, inhibition of segregation phenomenon.
