通过挂片失重法,结合化学分析法,研究了 A3 钢在轮南油田水( 油水混合物、清水、污水)介质中的腐蚀规律。结果表明:在油水混和介质中,随着含水率的增大, A3 钢的腐蚀加重;在清水介质中, A3 钢的腐蚀速度( Icorr) 和井日注量( V) 满足: Icorr = 0 .041 × V0 .39 ;当污水( 油田产出水) 和清水按1∶1左右的比例混配时, A3 钢的腐蚀最为严重。
The corrosion of A3 steel in the water (oil-water mixture, clean water, sewage) medium of Lunnan oilfield was studied by weight loss method of coupons and chemical analysis method. The results show that the corrosion rate of A3 steel aggravates with the increase of water content in oil-water mixing medium. The corrosion rate (Icorr) and well fluence (V) of A3 steel satisfy Icorr = 0 in clear water. 041 × V0. 39; When the sewage (oil field output) and water mixed at a ratio of about 1:1, A3 steel corrosion is the most serious.
