高职院校辅导员是高职学生健康成长成才的重要指导者,是开展思政教学工作的主要力量。一定程度上说,辅导员工作对高职院校思政教学实效与学生素质有着决定性影响,既关系到高职学生发展,又关系到高职院校发展,要提升辅导员的工作积极性,发挥辅导员的指导作用,就需要创构建一个合理的激励机制。因此,本文主要就新时期高职院校辅导员激励机制的构建进行了分析与探讨。
