报告反相离子对高效液相色谱法测定兔血浆中促甲状腺激素释放激素（ＴＲＨ）的浓度。采用ＯＤＳ色谱柱，流动相为０．０２ＮＨＡＣ：乙腈：庚烷磺酸（８９．８５：１０：０．１５），流速１．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长为２２０ｎｍ。平均回收率１０１．６９％，ＲＳＤ为１．２８％。本法操作简便，结果准确，重现性好。
Determination of Thyroid Hormone Releasing Hormone (TRH) in Rabbit Plasma by Reversed - phase Ion - pair High Performance Liquid Chromatography. ODS column was used. The mobile phase was 0.02NHAC: acetonitrile: heptane sulfonic acid (89.85: 10: 0.15), the flow rate was 1.5ml / min and the detection wavelength was 220nm. The average recovery rate was 101.69% with a RSD of 1.28%. This method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
