作为一名刚刚从事教师职业半年的年轻教师来说,短短半年的教学实践让我收获颇丰,但在这个过程中我也发现了许多问题,为此我做了些尝试,试着解决这些问题。这些尝试取得了一些成效,同时也还存在着一些需要改进的地方。教师,如果仅仅是将知识传授给学生我想是远远不够的,更重要的是将学生培育成学习的主人。而作为语文教师则要将学生培育成语文学习的主人,课堂上的40分钟应该更多的留给学生。伴随着当今社会的飞速发展,过去教学中填鸭式的教学方法,早已无法适应社会
As a young teacher who has just been working as a teacher for six months, I have had a very good six months’ teaching practice. However, during this process, I also found many problems. For this I made some attempts to solve these problems problem. These attempts have yielded some results, but there are still some areas for improvement.
