本文主要研究了土壤中微量元素铅的测定条件 ,采用混合酸在沸水浴中加热浸提后 ,直接上机测定。最佳测定条件是水浴温度为 1 0 0℃ ,浸提时间为 1 2 0 min,混合酸为 HNO3+ HCl+ H2 O(1 + 1 + 2 )该方法具有样品前处理简便 ,测定快速、准确、空白值低等特点 ,样品加标回收率为 92 %— 1 0 2 % ,RSD为 0 .83%—6 .38% ,并用国家标准物质污染农田土壤标样进行验证 ,其结果吻合。
In this paper, the determination of trace elements in soil lead was studied. The mixed acid was heated and extracted in boiling water bath and then measured directly on the machine. The optimum conditions were as follows: the temperature of the water bath was 100 ℃, the extraction time was 120 min, and the mixed acid was HNO3 + HCl + H2 O (1 + 1 + 2). The method has the advantages of simple sample preparation, rapid and accurate determination, The results showed that the recoveries of spiked samples were 92% -102% with RSD of 0.83% -6.38%. The soil samples contaminated by the national standard were used to verify the soil samples. The results were in good agreement.
