学习成果导向教育改变以往的教学历程由传统以教师为中心的知识内容教导转向以学生为中心的能力导向教学,这种教学方式的变革对教师是一大挑战。本文以Lenburg(1999)的胜任力成果表现评估模型(胜任力评价模型)的四个要素:界定能力成果、确定能力指标、运用有效的教学策略、评价能力表现,说明发展以成果为导向的课程教学规划的流程和注意事项,作为教师安排相关教学活动的参考。
Learning outcomes-oriented education to change the teaching history from the traditional teacher-centered knowledge content-oriented teaching to student-centered ability-oriented teaching, this teaching change is a major challenge to the teacher. This paper presents four elements of the evaluation model (competency evaluation model) based on the competencies of Lenburg (1999): defining competency outcomes, identifying competency indicators, using effective teaching strategies, evaluating competency performance, and demonstrating the development of outcome-oriented curricula Teaching planning process and precautions, as a reference for teachers to arrange teaching activities.
