研究目的:高速铁路沿线距离长,空间跨度大,不少地段路基填料匮乏,为了降低建设成本,保护自然环境,对于施工过程中不能满足级配要求的路基填料,往往需要进行改良。本研究尝试在原河卵石填料中掺加细粒土和粉煤灰的方式改善填料级配,使之成为合格的路基填筑材料。研究结论:为探讨方案的可行性,分别对配制试样进行了级配试验、击实试验和现场压实检测试验,在现场压实试验过程中分别采取不同的压实方法以探讨科学合理的压实工艺。工艺试验的测试结果表明,这种改良方式改善了填料的颗粒级配,有效提高了路基的强度和密实度,能够使填料满足规范要求,不但具有明显的经济效益,还具有较强的社会效益和环保效益。
Research purposes: The long distance and spans of space along the high-speed railway are not enough. In order to reduce the construction cost and protect the natural environment, the subgrade filling which can not meet the grading requirements during the construction process often needs to be improved. This study attempts to improve the grading of the filler by adding fine-grained soil and fly ash into the original gravel packing, making it a qualified subgrade filling material. Conclusions: In order to explore the feasibility of the scheme, the graded test, compaction test and field compaction test were carried out on the prepared samples. Different compaction methods were adopted in the field compaction test to explore the scientific and rational Compaction process. The test results of the process test show that the improved method improves the particle size distribution of the filler and effectively improves the strength and compactness of the subgrade so that the filler can meet the specifications and not only has obvious economic benefits but also has strong social benefits And environmental benefits.
