新课程改革十余年,教师教育观念、教育技术和能力的培养被当成重点,并取得了显著的成效。然而,就整个课程改革来看,效果不尽如人意已成共识。原因可能多种多样,但忽略学习的真正主人——学生适应新课程的培养,是重要的原因之一。认为“只要老师的观念转变了,做法改善了,新课程改革就效果明显了”的观念是偏颇的。在学习中占据主体地位的学生,他们的学习品质如自信心、自学能力、合作探究和创新能力等,如果得到有意识的培养,他们将会更快地跟上新课改的步伐。只有学生和老师这两个轮子都转起来,新课程改革这架马车才能快速前行。
The reform of the new curriculum has been carried out for more than ten years. The training of teachers’ educational concepts, educational technologies and abilities has been given prominence and remarkable results have been achieved. However, the entire curriculum reform, the effect is not satisfactory consensus. The reasons may vary, but neglecting the true masters of learning - one of the important reasons why students adapt to the new curriculum. It is biased that “as long as the teacher’s concept is changed, the practice is improved and the new curriculum reform is effective.” Students who occupy the dominant position in their studies are self-confident, self-learning, collaborative exploration and innovative ability. If they are consciously trained, they will keep pace with the new curriculum reform more quickly. Only the two wheels, students and teachers, turn around and the carriage of the new curriculum reform can move fast.
