目的了解常用短效抗高血压药物硝苯地平和中效抗高血压药物硝苯地平控释片在降压的同时对血压变异性(BPV)的影响。方法临床观察原发性高血压患者25例,采用无创性携带式动态血压监测仪分别于用药前和服用硝苯地平、硝苯地平控释片后动态监测血压,观察BPV。同时选取正常对照组25例。结果(1)高血压组BPV较对照组明显增大,且随血压升高的严重程度BPV增大明显(P<0.05)。(2)服用硝苯地平时24hBPV、昼间BPV(dBPV)和夜间BPV(nBPV)与用药前比较明显增加(P<0.05),服用硝苯地平控释片后其BPV与用药前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平在降压治疗时增加BPV,硝苯地平控释片在降压治疗时对BPV影响不大;硝苯地平控释片在降压治疗方面优于硝苯地平。
Objective To investigate the effects of nifedipine, a commonly used short-acting antihypertensive drug, and nifedipine GITS on blood pressure variability (BPV). Methods Twenty-five patients with essential hypertension were observed clinically. Blood pressure was monitored before and after nifedipine and nifedipine were administered by noninvasive portable ambulatory blood pressure monitor. BPV was observed. At the same time select the normal control group of 25 cases. Results (1) Compared with the control group, the BPV of hypertensive group increased significantly, and BPV increased significantly with the severity of elevated blood pressure (P <0.05). (2) When taking nifedipine at 24 h BPV, daytime BPV (dBPV) and nocturnal BPV (nBPV) were significantly increased compared with before treatment (P <0.05). After taking nifedipine GITS, No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions Nifedipine increases BPV during antihypertensive treatment. Nifedipine GITS has no significant effect on BPV during antihypertensive treatment. Nifedipine GITS is superior to nifedipine in antihypertensive treatment.
