目的:研究连作对玄参产量、根际土壤肥力及土壤酶活性的影响。方法:采用单因素随机区组试验设计方法。结果:连作对玄参病情指数、烂根率、药材及子芽产量有显著影响,连作年限越长影响越严重;连作可降低玄参根际土多酚氧化酶和酸性磷酸酶活性,对过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性蛋白酶和纤维素酶的活性没有显著影响;连作也没有对玄参根际土的全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、pH值和有机质有显著影响。结论:连作会严重影响玄参的生长,造成死苗、烂根等,但是没有影响到玄参根际土的营养平衡,多酚氧化酶和酸性磷酸酶可能是影响玄参产生连作障碍的关键性酶,连作对其他土壤酶活性影响不显著。
Objective: To study the effects of continuous cropping on the yield of Radix Scrophulariaceae, rhizosphere soil fertility and soil enzyme activities. Methods: Single factor randomized block test design method. Results: The continuous cropping had significant effect on the disease index, rotten root rate, medicinal materials and sprout yield of the Scrophulariaceae, and the longer the continuous cropping duration, the more serious the effect was. The continuous cropping could reduce the activity of polyphenol oxidase and acid phosphatase in the rhizosphere of Scrophularia ningpoensis, The activities of catalase, sucrase, urease, acid protease and cellulase had no significant effect on the activity of catalase, sucrose, acid protease and cellulase; pH and organic matter have a significant impact. Conclusion: Continuous cropping can seriously affect the growth of Scrophulariaceae, causing dead shoots and rotten roots, but it does not affect the nutrition balance of Scrophularia ningpoensis. Polyphenol oxidase and acid phosphatase may be the key factors affecting the succession of Scrophularia ningpoensis Sexzyme, continuous cropping had no significant effect on other soil enzyme activities.
