该文针对三齿枞树形榫头/榫槽结构,通过有效地解决设计变量、约束变量的选择问题,对该结构提出了详细的形状优化设计方法,对榫接结构的设计和改型有重大的工程意义。基于特征造型方法,对二维梯形榫头榫槽进行形状描述,进而建立了其参数化模型;基于梯度法进行灵敏度分析从众多特征参数中提取了设计变量;基于工程经验和应力准则提取了约束变量;最后,以最大当量应力最小为目标函数,使得梯形榫头榫槽结构最大当量应力减小了12%,并用光弹实验验证了此优化结果的可靠性。
