根据电力系统对汽轮发电机组转子定期检查的需要，以及转子的特点与检查要求，设计、研制了转子内孔专用打磨机。简述了设计原理、性能特点、方案分析、主要参数的确定及试用效果等。试用证明该机完全满足转子内孔清理和打磨的需要，达到表面检查及探伤的要求。
According to the need of the power system to inspect the rotor of the steam turbine generator regularly and the characteristics and inspection requirements of the rotor, a special grinding machine for the rotor bore was designed and developed. The design principle, performance characteristics, program analysis, the main parameters of the design and trial results are briefly described. Trial proved that the aircraft fully meet the rotor bore cleaning and grinding needs to achieve the surface inspection and testing requirements.
