提出了一种采用埋入式光纤传感器对复合材料结构状态进行无损检测的新方法,将一种新颖的、结构简单的“城墙”型光纤传感阵列埋置于教一11飞机的层合复合材料垂直翼尾试件内,用于探测复合材料结构内由于外部冲击造成的损伤等状态参数,实验结果显示了该方法探测复合材料结构状态的可行性。
A new method of non-destructive testing of composite structure with embedded optical fiber sensor is proposed. A novel and simple structure of “city wall” type optical fiber sensing array is embedded in the laminated composite The material is used in the vertical wing tail test piece to detect the state parameters such as the damage caused by the external impact in the composite structure. The experimental results show the feasibility of the method for detecting the structural state of the composite material.
