People have begun to attach importance to the protection of long-established seagrass houses， but there are still some shortcomings in highlighting regional characteristics and reasonable planning. 　　This paper firstly summarizes the Rongcheng seagrass house， sorts out the current situation and characteristics of Rongcheng seagrass house， summarizes the characteristics of seagrass house， and takes Rongcheng Dongyu Island as an example to the natural environment， folk customs and residential villages of seaweed house. The construction characteristics and protection inheritance were analyzed and investigated， and the characteristics of the harmonious coexistence of seaweed house and natural environment were summarized. The regional characteristics of seaweed house were deeply studied from the aspects of courtyard layout， modeling features， construction process and indoor layout.Under the premise of rational and orderly development and protection of the ecological environment， develop the local economy and promote the development of the cultural tourism industry.While protecting the existing natural environment of Dongpu Island， an innovative viewpoint on the landscape planning and design of Dongpu Island Village was proposed， from the functional division， landscape nodes， road traffic， plant configuration， landscape sketches， etc. of Dongpu Island Old Street District. In terms of design， we strive to explore the landscape design plan of the “fisher's memory” seagrass house in accordance with local characteristics， give full play to the important role of traditional seaweed house in the construction of Rongcheng new countryside， highlight regional characteristics， promote history and culture， and thus enhance The overall style of the seagrass house village has a positive effect on Rongcheng's creation of the cultural tourism industry.
