混凝土檩条是目前较理想的农房屋面结构材料之一,近年来在许多地方已广泛应用。混凝土檩条以往都是采用露天长线台座生产,占地面积大、生产周期长、产品质量不稳定、外观质量难以控制,而且劳动强度大、条件差。为了适应农房建设的发展,苏州混凝土水泥制品研究院,在江苏省建材工业局和无锡县建材公司的支持下,同无锡县水泥制品厂协作,试验研究了“农房用预应力混凝土檩 Concrete purlin is one of the most ideal materials for agricultural housing surface.
