文章以中铁某设计院目前实行的双向派遣制度为例,对双向派遣制度工作内容、原则、管理与激励以及推行现状和效果等方面对员工双向派遣制度进行简要的分析,实践证明,双向派遣制度的实施,有效优化了企业的人力资源,为其他企业创新人才交流及培养模式提供了一定的参考借鉴依据。
Taking the two-way dispatch system currently implemented by a design institute of China Railway as an example, the article briefly analyzes the two-way dispatch system of the two-way dispatch system in terms of content, principle, management and motivation, as well as the status quo and effect of the two-way dispatch system.
