在社会转型期间,工人阶级承担了很大的改革风险,付出相当大的代价。工人阶级中出现了“弱势群体”,这是就业利益和劳动报酬利益没有得到保障的群体。一些工人的经济政治权益得不到应有的保障,直接影响到他们积极作用的发挥,成为影响经济体制改革和社会稳定的大问题。改革是必要的,也是必须付出成本的,但这些成本不应仅由工人阶级某一部分人承担,而应由全社会承担。工人阶级利益所受的影响,理应获得相应的补偿。 During the social transformation, the working class assumed a great risk of reform and paid a considerable price. The emergence of “vulnerable groups” in the working class is a non-guaranteed group of employment interests and remuneration for labor. Some workers’ economic and political rights and interests have not been properly guaranteed and have a direct impact on their active role in giving play to the major issues affecting the economic reform and social stability. Reform is necessary and costs must be met. However, these costs should not be borne by a certain part of the working class but should be borne by the whole community. The influence of the interests of the working class deserves to be compensated accordingly.
