用柠檬酸三钠还原四氯化金制备了金纳米颗粒,并用双十八烷氧基二硫代磷酸吡啶盐(PyDDP)对其进行修饰.红外吸收光谱表明PyDDP与金颗粒表面以共价键方式结合;透射电子显微镜(TEM)的结果表明,所得到的PyDPP修饰的纳米金颗粒尺寸与修饰前基本相同;PyDDP修饰的金纳米粒子表面等离子吸收发生了较大幅度的红移.利用偶极子模型结合配位理论解释了PyDDP修饰的金纳米颗粒发生红移的机制.
Gold nanoparticles were prepared by the reduction of gold (IV) chloride with trisodium citrate and modified with pyridinium dioctadecyldithiophosphate (PyDDP) .The results of IR showed that the surface of the gold particles was covalently bonded with PyDDP The results of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the size of the obtained gold nanoparticles modified by PyDPP was basically the same as that before the modification, and the surface plasmon absorption of the modified PyDDP gold nanoparticles exhibited a large red shift. The submodel combined with the coordination theory explains the mechanism of red-shift of PyDDP-modified gold nanoparticles.
