应用平衡动力学分析研究了用活性炭从硫脲溶液中吸附金和银的动力学和机理。测定了过程的内扩散特性,计算出动力学和热力学常数。通过电化学研究估计出吸附反应的静电组分。测定了贵金属硫脲解吸的最佳参数。通过在洗提液中使用活性添加剂和电化学极化活性炭,强化了金、银的解吸过程。找到了活性炭从硫脲溶液或矿浆中络合和选择性萃取金和银的方法。
The kinetics and mechanism of adsorption of gold and silver from thiourea solution with activated carbon have been studied using equilibrium kinetic analysis. The intra-diffusion properties were determined and the kinetic and thermodynamic constants were calculated. The electrostatic component of the adsorption reaction was estimated by electrochemical studies. The optimal parameters for the desorption of noble metal thiourea were determined. By using active additives in the eluent and electrochemical polarization of activated carbon, the desorption of gold and silver is enhanced. Found the activated carbon from thiourea solution or pulp complexation and selective extraction of gold and silver.
