对ASP生产Ti-IF钢的退火再结晶过程分别进行了罩式退火和连续退火模拟实验,通过金相组织观察和力学性能检测,并结合X射线衍射和电子背散射衍射技术,从不同的实验角度对再结晶组织和织构的形成及演变进行了研究.结果表明,由于罩式退火和连续退火两者的热历史过程不同,其再结晶组织转变温度及晶粒度有所不同,但是再结晶核心的形成位置及演变方式趋于一致,形核方式趋向于择优形核.
Annealing annealing and continuous annealing simulation experiments of annealing and recrystallization of Ti-IF steel produced by ASP were carried out respectively. Through the microstructure observation and mechanical property testing, combined with X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction techniques, The formation and evolution of recrystallized microstructure and textures were studied in this paper.The results show that the transition temperature and the grain size of recrystallized microstructure are different due to the different thermal history of both annealing and continuous annealing The location and evolution of crystalline nuclei tended to coincide, and the nucleation mode tended to be the preferred nucleation.
